What this website is

This site describes the software development, design, quality assurance, AI and Shopify services we offer, the products we build, and the client work we have delivered. It is published for general information and to let you start a conversation with us.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Prices, timelines, scope and service levels are agreed only in a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement prevails.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create an engagement or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Any indicative budget range you select helps us shape a response and is not a quoted price.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary material through the website form. If an engagement calls for it, we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place first.

Acceptable use

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the site's content or design as your own;
• use automated tools to scrape, mirror or overload the site, or to harvest contact details;
• submit false information, another person's details, spam, malware or unlawful content through any form;

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, the DCPL name and logo, and the software behind the site — belongs to DCPL Technology Private Limited or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Client names, logos, product names and screenshots appear as references to work we have delivered and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply that they endorse our other services. If you own material shown here and want it removed, email us and we will act promptly.

Our own products — including FacetFlow and MetalIQ — are licensed, not sold, under their own terms.

Client work and case studies

Case studies, outcomes and testimonials describe specific past engagements under the conditions that applied at the time. They illustrate what we have done; they are not a promise of the same result for a different business, and results depend on factors outside our control.

Third-party links and embeds

Pages here link to client sites, app stores and our group brands, and embed third-party content such as maps and video players. We do not control those services, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

Availability

Liability arising out of a client engagement is governed by the agreement covering that engagement, not by these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our services or the law change. The revision date below reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website, except where mandatory local law gives you a different right.
